These Terms govern your access to and use of Knoxelhub. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Knoxelhub for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Course owners and staff control course membership and permissions within the features made available to them.
Acceptable use
You may not use Knoxelhub to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, harass others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, bypass security controls, or upload content that you do not have the right to use.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Knoxelhub the limited permission necessary to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for your content and for obtaining any permissions required to share it.
Third-party services
Knoxelhub may connect to third-party services such as Google sign-in, Google Drive, email providers, or assessment systems. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Educational records and decisions
Teachers and organizations remain responsible for course administration, grading decisions, attendance records, learner communications, regulatory compliance, and the accuracy of educational records entered into the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Knoxelhub reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or service improvement.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when these Terms are materially violated, when use creates security or legal risk, or when required by law. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Knoxelhub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, but nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
